Residents Enjoyed The Halloween Parade

At the Cumberland Halloween Parade, everyone had a wonderful time with plenty of treats and no tricks. The residents, staff, and community all embraced the Halloween spirit, sharing laughs and making memories that will last long after the parade ended.
